My manager keeps receiving a report that my Ethics certification expired. My certifications overview shows it expired last May. But when I expand the course, it shows completed. Do I need to take it and, if so, how do I Launch it to get credit for it? I used to see the new required course automatically listed in "My Courses" but it's not there.
Hi Kathleen, The current requirements for this are that you have to register afresh each time the Certification expires - to do this, you click on the Manage button to the right and then re-request each item. To save you some time, i have done that for you and you will find both courses ready to launch. Kind regards Andy
